types of skin.

1. Oily skin
Oily skin type produces excess sebum which causes the skin to appear shiny and feel greasy.

If your skin type is the oily type then  you may be more likely to have enlarged pores,

2. Dry skin type

IF YOUR SKIN APPEARS SHINY, YOU ARE LIKELY TO HAVE AN OILY SKIN TYPE
IF YOUR SKIN FEELS TIGHT AND ITS FLACK OR SCALY, YOU ARE LIKELY TO HAVE A DRY SKIN
NOTE THIS; IF THE SHINE IS ONLY IN YOUR T-ZONE, YOU MAY LIKE TO HAVE A COMBINATION SKIN.
IF ITS HYDRATED AND COMFORTABLE, NOT OILY THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE A NORMAL SKIN

Blotting Sheets

When a blotting paper is pressed to the skin, because of its ability to absorb oil,
You can use them to assist you to understand what type of skin you have.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW;
STEP ONE;
WASH YOUR FACE WITH A GENTLE CLEANSER
STEP TWO;
PAT IT DRY
ALLOW IT FOR 30 MINUTES
AND DO THIS
- Press blotting sheet to parts of your face;
- Then hold the sheets up to the light to check the oil markings.
Observation;
If from the sheet you noticed plenty of oil in all areas of your face,
- Then you are likely to have oily skin;
If the blotting sheet absorbs little to no oil,
- Then you probably have dry skin;
If the sheets reveal a small amount of oil from your T-Zone,
- Then you have combination skin;
Lastly, If you noticed a very little to no oil from every area of your face,
- Then you most likely have normal skin.
Regardless, if you have an oily, dry, sensitive as the case may be or even to be vulnerable to acne breakouts,
with the right products, you can always take care of your skin while
paying attention to sensitivity or acne down to burning and blemishes.
Although, those with the normal skin type will likely not experience some of these symptoms.
